About this role
We are seeking a Senior Pega System Architect to lead the implementation of robust, scalable Pega PRPC solutions. This role involves translating technical designs into high-quality applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to Pega development guardrails. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Pega , performance tuning, and integration protocols, with a collaborative mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
What you’ll do
Implement technical designs created by Lead System Architects using Pega PRPC Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical advice and support.Ensure development aligns with Pega best practices and guardrails.Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to deliver functional and non-functional requirements.Conduct performance analysis and tuning of Pega applications.Analyse and resolve technical issues, taking ownership and driving solutions.Apply general IT knowledge including Oracle DBs, SQL scripting, Unix shell scripting, and integration protocols.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality Pega implementations that meet user needs.Who you are
Certified Pega Senior System Architect with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.5–6 years of experience in Pega application design and development, including at least one greenfield project from inception to production.Strong understanding of Pega processes, UI, integrations, agents, and class structures.Proven ability to mentor teams and communicate effectively in onsite/offshore setups.Experience with PegaCall and CTI integration (Genesys) is desirable.Knowledge of the telecom domain is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
