As a Senior People Data Analyst, you will shape Lodgify’s People analytics capabilities by turning data into actionable insights for leaders and HR partners. You will unify data from core sources, define metrics, and enable a self-serve analytics culture across People Ops, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance. You’ll translate questions into measurable outcomes, delivering dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions. This role combines people, data, and business partnership to drive evidence-based workforce improvements.
