Our company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager


This role involves providing strategic advice and support to line managers, developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and practices.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Hiring Process Management:

The successful candidate will manage the entire hiring process from drafting job postings to conducting interviews. They will also collaborate closely with line managers to ensure that all recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives.


  • Employee Onboarding Support for Agencies located in Vevey, Monthey Sion and Sierre as well as the headquarters Geneva
