Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and inform strategic decisions related to our workforce.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in relevant unit, understanding all aspects of the business 
  • Standup and centralize all employee data as a key player of People Area. 
  • Automate data and reporting throughout all People systems and platforms 
  • Launch and manage a strategic People dashboard with critical insights for the business and leadership team. 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify key areas for analysis and develop metrics to measure success. 
  • Work on people analytics projects that are tied to the overall people strategy (e.g., Compensation related projects) 
  • Provide expertise in data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
