What you will be doing:
Responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and inform strategic decisions related to our workforce. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in relevant unit, understanding all aspects of the business Standup and centralize all employee data as a key player of People Area. Automate data and reporting throughout all People systems and platforms Launch and manage a strategic People dashboard with critical insights for the business and leadership team. Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to identify key areas for analysis and develop metrics to measure success.
