WHAT YOU'LL DO
Braze is in the midst of an exciting evolution of our HR technology ecosystem and we're looking for a Senior People Systems Analyst to help lead the charge. Sitting within the People Operations team and reporting to the Manager of People Systems, this role plays a critical part in optimizing our global HR systems, primarily Workday and driving forward our people data strategy. You'll be hands-on with system configuration, lead key projects, and partner cross-functionally to deliver smart, scalable solutions that support a growing global workforce.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with People Systems Analysts to enhance and optimize Workday functionality and implement solutions that improve usability and adoption
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable system solutions, and lead the end-to-end implementation process
