**Job Purpose**
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to join its Technology Capacity and Performance Management (CPM) team in Hyderabad. This individual will contribute to the implementation and evolution of NYSE’s application capacity and performance framework across all NYSE Group subsidiaries.
As part of a dynamic team operating in a high-throughput, low-latency trading environment, the Senior Performance Engineer will play a critical role in assessing and optimizing application performance and capacity. This includes engaging with product and infrastructure teams, driving tool integrations, defining data-driven KPIs, and influencing system design to ensure performance at scale.
