Job Description
A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketer to lead customer acquisition across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You'll run campaigns hands-on across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, building, launching, and optimizing directly in-platform (not through an agency), with real ownership over strategy and budget.
Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, from strategy and creative to daily optimization and budget allocation
Drive continuous testing across ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to hit CAC/LTV goals
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels) to ensure clean attribution
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets
Share insights across the marketing team and mentor junior members as the function grows
