About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on performance marketing expert to drive demand generation sales pipeline growth through paid acquisition. You will own B2 B lead generation across Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and retargeting, with a sharp focus on qualified meetings and sales pipeline for our digital transformation and software development services.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Linked In Ads campaigns for B2 B services lead generation, including ad retargeting
Own budget pacing and performance, and continuously improve cost per qualified meeting and meeting quality
Run structured A/B testing across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and web dev teams to create high-converting assets (e.g., ad copy, visuals, optimized pages).
Ensure clean tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, and CRM attribution
Align with Sales and SDRs on ICP, targeting, qualification criteria, follow-up, and feedback loops
Deliver weekly reporting with insights, actions, and next experiments
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in performance marketing with proven hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Linked In Ads for B2 B tech/services (e.g., software/web dev lead gen).
Track record of managing $10 K+ monthly budgets with quantifiable results.
Proficiency in tools: Google Ads, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Linked In Ads, SEMrush, Hotjar for optimization, and Excel for reporting.
Strong analytical skills: SQL basics, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and multi-channel attribution.
Experience in international targeting (US/Europe/MENA/APAC) and B2 B niches like IT outsourcing or digital agencies.
Excellent communication for cross-team collaboration and presenting data-driven recommendations.
Bonus: Certifications (Google Ads, Linked In Marketing)
