Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

The Role

We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to support the franchise recruitment section of our business and local marketing for our investment businesses. The ideal candidate will have both B2B and B2C experience. B2B for driving leads and B2C for local marketing - both are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimise paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms
• Design campaigns specifically focused on generating high-quality franchise leads
• Design campaigns specifically focused on local marketing and sales growth for franchise outlets (for example local pizza stores)
• Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and meet client growth targets
