Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and established procedures.
    • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience.
  • Experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service setting preferred.
    • Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood specimens following established clinical and forensic procedures.
  • Prepare specimens accurately for laboratory testing.
  • Verify patient identification and specimen labeling in the presence of the patient.
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
