Senior Photonics-RF Test Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Photonics-RF Test Engineer to join our Space Division. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and documentation of functional and environmental tests for photonic and RF systems designed for space applications. You will play a key role in ensuring technical compliance with aerospace standards and advancing the company’s test capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform photonic and RF testing of optoelectronic components and subsystems for space missions.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and verification documentation following ECSS, ESA, or equivalent standards.
• Execute environmental qualification tests including thermal cycling, vibration, EMC, and radiation.
• Analyse test results and generate technical reports to support design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across design, integration, and verification.
