Hiring: Senior Physical Design Engineer
Location: Bangalore , Hyderabad
Experience: 4–15 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 90 Days
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Netlist-to-GDSII implementation: Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, STA, Power Integrity Analysis, Physical Verification.
- Expertise in Physical Design methodologies for 28nm and below technology nodes.
- Hands-on experience with Synopsys & Cadence tools (Innovus, ICC2, Prime Time, PT-PX, Calibre).
- Strong knowledge of timing constraints, STA, and timing closure.
- Programming proficiency in Tcl/Tk/Perl for automation and flow development.
Preferred:
- Experience with Innovus/Fusion Compiler.
- Solid understanding of submicron technologies and design best practices.
