Qualifications
- Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule
- Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management.
- Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program
