Senior Planner - Civil Engineering - Outside IR35

Stand alone P6 planning professional with experience of working on large complex civil engineering projects, required for an outside IR35 contract opportunity in Essex.

As Senior Planner you will work closely with the project team in supporting the delivery of a £multi-billion programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Deliver 4D schedules using tools like Synchro.
Perform DCMA 14-Point Assessments to ensure schedule quality and robustness.
Monitor progress against key milestones and report on schedule performance with variance analysis.
Work collaboratively with project teams to refine phasing, sequencing, and programme risks.
Support planning assurance and programme controls in alignment with governance frameworks.
Engage with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, design, and delivery.
