Parsons are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress control for a major airfield infrastructure program. This role ensures that all project timelines, construction sequences, resource plans, and interfaces are coordinated and aligned with delivery goals.

The ideal candidate will bring 8 years of experience in project planning within large-scale civil or aviation projects.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Develop and maintain the Master Schedule reflecting design, procurement, construction, T&C, and handover activities.
  • Establish planning procedures aligned with project controls and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and recovery strategies.
  • Track weekly/monthly progress, analyze variances, and prepare schedule forecasts.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors to ensure schedule alignment.
