Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all project phases (design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, handover) using software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather inputs for schedule development and progress updates.Ensure that schedules reflect all critical activities including design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, and handover phases.Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and resource loading where necessary.Track and report progress against baseline schedules and flag deviations or delays to relevant stakeholders.Support in preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master schedule and maintain alignment with overall proje...
