Senior Planner

The duties & responsibilities will include but not limited to:

1.     Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Logistics

·       Responsible for inventory planning process for categories as assigned.

·       Includes inventory replenishment, preparation, and processing of purchase order, tracking order status and updating relevant parties in a timely manner.

·       Support new product launches and depletion.

·       Prepare claims against suppliers for damaged or short supplied stocks.

·       Maintain inventory in line with required safety stock levels.

·       To investigate stock discrepancies and work with stakeholders to maintain stock accuracy & integrity.

·       Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans.
