Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project team
  • Coordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmes
  • Prepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentation
  • Work on progress forecasts and prepare rolling programmes
  • Prepare weekly & monthly report to update, track and report project progress against planned schedule
  • Prepare & develop micro-programme for specific trades for site planning & coordination
  • Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program
  • Monitor timely submission of drawings & materials with approvals
  • Monitor project orders and deliveries are in accordance with agreed schedules
