Job Description

As a Senior Plant Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our manufacturing plant. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs. You will report directly to our Director of Operations and you’ll work out of our Trieste location. 

In this role, you will impact the success of our business by leading and managing a team to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments. Your leadership and strategic decision-making skills will be essential in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.


  • Lead and manage the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant. 

    • YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in plant management or a similar leadership role - ideally within an electronic manufacturing site. 
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
  • Experience with implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
