What You’ll Actually Do

  • Architect, refactor, and scale a platform with dozens of services and high transaction volume .
  • Be the technical backbone of the squad: code, review, debug, mentor — daily.
  • Tune performance until it screams: latency, throughput, bottlenecks, efficiency.
  • Make tough calls: design trade-offs, rewrites, tech debt that actually matters.
  • Own incident response and RCA: fix the root cause and prevent repeats.
  • Push PoC‑first thinking: test fast, scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
  • Work side‑by‑side with Product and Architecture: one team, one goal.
