Job Description

  • Project manage the improvements initiatives for Smart Workforce Management system (SWFM) including but not limited to functionality enhancements integrations with other systems overseeing testing and production go-live.
  • Manage project execution with a focus on RAID and management of time cost and quality. Ensure that business change management and training programs are in place for successful adoption and obtaining value.
  • Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.

Experience Required:

  • Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in ServiceMax or similar SWFM solutions upgrades is essential for this role
  • At least 8 years of Project Management expertise with PMP Prince2 or similar certifications.
