Senior PM/Construction Project Executive

Heartland Construction is seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead the delivery of a landmark four-story, $200M+ educational facility  This individual will oversee all phases of the project - from late-state preconstruction through final completion-ensuring excellence in quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.  The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven history of managing large, complex K-12 and higher education construction projects, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative leadership approach to drive results through preconstruction, construction, and closeout.

  Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role managing large-scale educational or institutional projects.  Candidate should also have proven success delivering K-12 or higher education facilities exceeding $100M in value.  ...
