Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to support governance, reporting, and delivery oversight within a dynamic banking technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PMO practices, excellent communication skills in English, and proven ability to produce clear and accurate meeting minutes.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, processes, and governance frameworks for technology projects.
  • Coordinate project reporting, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support resource planning, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, ensuring clear communication and transparency.


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 6-8 years of PMO experience within banking or financial technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and professional meeting minutes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
