Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Share Point Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective low-code/no-code solutions.
Must Need Skills:
1 . Should have experience in working with the PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls.
2. Strong hands-on expertise with Power Pages.
2 . Should Have Experience in building Plugins using Java Script and Deployment.
3. Should have experience in working with the BPF component with linear and non-linear workflows
4 . Familiar with developing. NET plugins and integration with model-driven apps.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
Automate business processes using Power Automate flows (Cloud flows, Scheduled flows, Business Process Flows).
Develop and maintain solutions integrated with Share Point Online – including lists, libraries, forms, and permissions.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
I mplement data connectors, custom connectors, and integration with Dataverse, SQL, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
Manage app lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Provide user training and documentation for the developed solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to apps, flows, and Share Point content.
Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and enhancement of solutions.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Share Point Online.
Good understanding of Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.
Knowledge of Power Shell, JSON, OData, and REST APIs.
Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Forms, and One Drive integrations.
Understanding of Share Point Framework (SPFx) and modern Share Point sites.
Ability to write and debug Power Fx, Expressions, and Flow conditions.
Experience with permissions, versioning, and Share Point governance.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform using solutions and environments.
