Role: Senior Power Platform Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6-12 months+
Work Schedule : 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Location : Hybrid - 3x Days onsite in Pune, India
The Senior Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and .Net technologies. The role includes integrating solutions with external systems, leveraging modern frameworks such as React or Angular, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative business solutions.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse. Build and customize forms, workflows, and applications to streamline and automate business processes. Integrate Power Platform solutions with external data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs. Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions to improve performance and usability. Develop and maintain applications using .Net 7+ Framework and C#. Build RESTful APIs and backend services to support application functionality. Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration between .Net-based backend systems and Power Platform solutions. Leverage client-side technologies like React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to create dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure proper integration of front-end components with back-end systems. Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform and .Net development. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and participate in code reviews. Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and systems. Research and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance solutions and processes. Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications. Maintain GIT repositories hosted on Azure DevOps services. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and .Net application development. Experience with both front-end and back-end development is a plus. Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, and .Net 7+ frameworks. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns such as dependency injection and service repository patterns. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Experience developing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate. Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git. Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Azure experience is required. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps Services. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
