Senior Power System Engineer

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Power System Engineer, based at our Porto office, supporting advanced power system studies for international projects.

The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering advanced transmission-level power system studies, contributing to complex international projects and supporting the integration of innovative and sustainable energy solutions.

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transmission-level power system studies
• Preferably a Master’s degree in Electrical/Power Systems Engineering
• Strong knowledge of:

Power flow, short circuit, and dynamic simulations

Grid integration of renewable and storage technologies

• Proficiency with:

PSS®E

PSCAD (EMT modeling preferred)

Python for automation and data processing
