Job Title: Senior PowerBI Developer Experience Level: 8 - 10 years Location: Hyderabad Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA Mode of Work: Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Senior PowerBI Developer with deep expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing data models, building interactive dashboards, and deliver high-quality BI solutions that translate raw data into actionable insights. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, the MS SQL Server BI stack, and data warehousing, along with experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and BI platform migrations. The ideal candidate can collaborate effectively with business and technical teams while producing clear documentation and scalable solution designs. Key Responsibilities: To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights. To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI. To analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making. To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis. To perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI. To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations. To conduct data warehouse development, SQL querying for best results. Be experienced in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX. Be experienced with Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience working on Report Builder. Experience in other BI platforms like WebFOCUS and migrating to PowerBI. Requirements 8+ Years experience as PowerBI Developer Ability to communicate with business as well as technical teams.
