Job Description
We are currently working with a well-established and growing accountancy practice based just outside High Wycombe, to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, friendly firm at an exciting stage of growth, with a clear and realistic progression path to Account Director and ultimately Practice Manager as the current Directors begin to reduce their hours.
The practice is based in beautiful settings and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where senior team members genuinely influence how the firm develops.
The role
Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed clients
Acting as the main client contact and trusted adviser
Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax work
Preparing accounts and tax for more complex clients
Liaising with HMRC and handling enquiries
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
