Senior Practitioner, North and West Community Team

Full Time (37hrs per week), Permanent

We are looking to recruit permanently to a Senior Practitioner role based within the North and West locality adult social care team. 

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership and supervisory skills in a diverse and dynamic locality. It is an exciting time to be part of a community social work team as we embed our new Target Operating Model.

You will have support from the Team Managers and also the Service Manager. You must have an interest in and experience of working in a multi-disciplinary way, be able to work quickly and proportionately and have confidence in respect of decision making and positive risk taking.
