Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant / Presales Architect with 12+ years of experience in the Retail domain, combining deep solution expertise with strong business acumen. This role requires end-to-end knowledge of ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, Frontend technologies, and expertise in Cloud platforms, Deployment Architectures, and Cost Estimation. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving solution strategy, crafting proposals, and enabling deal closures through compelling demos, workshops, and POCs.
Key Responsibilities
Own presales engagements for enterprise retail clients, leading solution design across ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, POS, and Omnichannel commerce.
