THE ROLE
:This position involves daily interaction with retail customers, business partners, and internal teams. Working closely with the Retail Sales teams, you will be involved in the customer journey from the discovery phase to post-sales handover. Routine activities include tracking customer cases in the helpdesk program, delegating tasks, engaging your peers, and advancing sales opportunities towards closure. Expect to travel 2-3 weeks out of a month and 2-3 days each of those weeks. A strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude are essential. You will join an experienced, motivated team willing to share their knowledge and help you expand your skills and achieve your goals.
