Job Description – Senior Presales

The Senior PreSales Leader will oversee a team of telecallers and lead generation executives

to drive qualified walk-ins and support the sales team. This role requires a blend of leadership,

communication, and strategic planning to ensure high conversion rates and excellent client

engagement.


Key responsibilities -

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries through the tele-zoho software.
  • Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.
  • Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate or financial services (e.g., banking, insurance).
  • Location: Willingness to work full-time from the Sales Office .
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.
