Job Description

Summary: Staff designated at Dickinson Wright PLLC (“the Firm”) as the Senior Pricing Analyst supports the firm’s pricing initiatives by delivering analytical insights and pricing solutions to Attorneys and Clients as assigned on a full-time basis unless otherwise arranged with the Firm. Such services may include providing administrative support to Attorneys and Clients.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Essential duties and responsibilities of staff designated as Senior Pricing Analyst at the Firm include but are not limited to:



  1. Prepare pricing analyses and fee structures for a range of engagements, including alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) through modeling of rates and discounts, realization, leverage and margin assumptions
