Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant -Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own the master schedule, scope, risk log, and RAID for the platform migration

  • Coordinate sprint ceremonies, release gates, and cross-department dependencies (Salesforce, Azure, Boomi)

  • Publish weekly executive status, velocity metrics, and unblock lists across time zones

  • Drive budget vs. burn tracking and change-request governance; meet or exceed all SLAs

  • Champion continuous-improvement projects (retros, KPI dashboards, tooling upgrades)

  • Maintain confidential program data and ensure compliance with organization policies

    • The Skills You’ll Bring:

  • EXP program / delivery management in SaaS or digital-transformation programs

  • Proven Agile & hybrid-methodology experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe POPM preferred

  • Hands-on RAID, financial tracking, and stakeholder management across global teams

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud, Azure DevOps, Boomi, or similar integration stacks

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira / ADO reporting; superb written + verbal comms

  • Ability to collaborate across diverse groups and executive levels

    Minimum Qualifications / Skills

    Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field.
