As a Senior Technical Lead, you will independently manage and deliver complex implementation, development, and managed service projects for Oracle banking solutions. This pivotal role involves leading technical teams, designing and implementing high-quality, client-specific solutions, and ensuring compliance with Oracle and industry best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach, driving project success and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 6–12 years' experience in core banking application development, implementation, or support; 3+ years in a technical lead role.
- Deep expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE or equivalent core banking products.
- Proficient in Core Java, J2EE, microservices-related technologies, JavaScript, XML, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c/12c).
