Job Summary:
Mercury is looking for an experienced Principal Operations Program Manager to support a newly formed team responsible for defining and executing the manufacturing network strategy for the enterprise that allows for capacity improvements aligned to long term customer demand forecasts.
Job Responsibility:
+ Accountable for successful execution of strategic manufacturing transition projects within allocated schedule & budget.
+ Develop & execute against project IMS through collaboration with key stakeholders.
+ Assess & integrate requirements for capital equipment, qualification processes, and training to ensure start-up success.
