Senior Principal Project Development Engineer

Job Summary

: The position is skilled at managing unique problems that are abstract in nature and span across disciplines and/or businesses, as well as making decisions within the context of long-term goals and objectives of the business. This position has final decision-making authority on technical matters in his/her disciplines. This position is a recognized thought leader, both within and outside the organization, in the area of specialization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing new services, processes, standards, or operational plans that have a significant impact on the achievement of functional results. This position makes decisions and recommendations that have a long-term impact (3 - 5 years) on the organization and requires regular communication with senior leadership on matters of strategic importance.
