Senior Principal Technical Program Manager - GPU Infra & Datacenters

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) architecture development engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to coordinate and manage GPU Platform and Infrastructure projects by aligning priorities from various teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution of complex products. We are at the forefront of AI innovation working on the next generation of GPU data centers.

In this Senior Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working on high-visibility programs, driving GPU infrastructure, Data Center design, data center optimization and other distributed computing, highly available cloud services and virtualized infrastructure. 

You will lead cross functional teams including vendors and partners to provision, deploy, and maintain GPU servers in datacenters supporting AI/ML and cloud-scale workloads. This role bridges hardware, networking, and software operations to ensure reliable and scalable GPU infrastructure.

You will define project scopes, schedules and deliverables, lead meetings, track progress, and produce executive reports. You will apply strong judgement on decision making, manage risks, issues and dependencies. You will drive on-site execution and across multiple data center sites. 

You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, solid business judgment, and notable experience collaborating with hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with demonstrated ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Experience with GPU infrastructure and datacenter operations (power, cooling, hardware, cabling, networking).

Strong communication skills with ability to engage engineering, business, and executive teams.

Ability to lead technical design discussions and present clear trade-offs and solutions.

Act as key coordinator and floor manager for managing datacenter activities and resolve operational blockers.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.

Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and handle conflicting priorities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management, business management, or similar.

3+ years of experience in datacenter/infrastructure development

10+ years of experience as hands-on technical program manager; preferably in a related industry.

Advanced knowledge of the full life cycle of product development and experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services

Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of program/project management, product design or related experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.

Exposure to large scale datacenter and data center activities

Possess knowledge in provisioning and deploying GPU servers, including rack installation, cabling, firmware updates, and OS/hypervisor configuration.

Strong understanding of GPU infrastructure services, and thorough knowledge of Cloud such as Compute, Storage, Identity and Networking

Demonstrated knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure or Google IaaS, SaaS and PaaS services.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
