Job Description
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s (OCI) architecture development engineering team is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to coordinate and manage GPU Platform and Infrastructure projects by aligning priorities from various teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution of complex products. We are at the forefront of AI innovation working on the next generation of GPU data centers.
In this Senior Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working on high-visibility programs, driving GPU infrastructure, Data Center design, data center optimization and other distributed computing, highly available cloud services and virtualized infrastructure.
You will lead cross functional teams including vendors and partners to provision, deploy, and maintain GPU servers in datacenters supporting AI/ML and cloud-scale workloads. This role bridges hardware, networking, and software operations to ensure reliable and scalable GPU infrastructure.
You will define project scopes, schedules and deliverables, lead meetings, track progress, and produce executive reports. You will apply strong judgement on decision making, manage risks, issues and dependencies. You will drive on-site execution and across multiple data center sites.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, solid business judgment, and notable experience collaborating with hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with demonstrated ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new initiatives.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
