Overview

As Gallagher continues to expand its global footprint, Talent Acquisition is seeking team members to grow our Talent Acquisition Global Support (TAGS) operational model to support and expand our Recruitment Service Delivery team productivity in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and India. Key responsibilities include managing candidate activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling interviews, documenting operational processes, coordinating internal job postings, creating offer contracts, and acting as liaison for candidates throughout requisition process. Team members will work within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Expertise at least in one ATS/Recruitment Module (PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS) Exposure to hiring processes in India. Proficient in Offer Process and requisition management. Proficient in English both verbal & written. Experience in creating Offer Contractor/ Offer Letter for India. Ability to create/manage Requisition life cycle in an ATS Proficiency in Stakeholder Management (manage recruiter/stakeholders). Understanding of post offer process (offer signoff, BGI, Onboarding, candidate engagement till joining). Should be proficient in understanding Process Maps, SOP, RACI. About you Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales or similar. 4+ years’ work experience.
