Business Title: Senior Process Associate - Continuous Improvement Global Function: Continuous Improvement Global Department: CI & RPA Role Purpose Statement In BBS Mohali, we are building a strong KM team who can create content for critical processes so that content could be utilized to train the new joiners, providing refreshers to existing employees etc. To create the content and field work we are looking for suitable resources who can support us to contact process SME’s, understand the processes, prepare the presentations, process maps and visualize in a good manner. Apart from it there are certain other initiatives where they will support KM team to drive. Main Accountabilities Understand the processes from process SME's
  • Research on each of topic and create the useful content

  • Creating Process maps on the basis of understanding gathered from business

  • Creation of process portal & its architecture. Publish the content on portal

  • Review the videos and editing for meaningful publication

  • Review the published content and do alterations on regular basis

  • Meeting all the process related KPI’s

  • Participation and drive KM initiatives

  • Any adhoc activities
  • Additional responsibilities: To monitor the progress of new joiners/Management trainees
  • To participate and drive KM initiatives

  • To drive knowledge sharing sessions
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and timeliness for Content creation, publication and review. Major Opportunities and Decisions: To identify all the opportunities to gather the details from process managers
  • To get the reason input from SME’s
  • Management/Leadership: Good communication skills
  • Good presentation skills

  • Good hands on experience on Microsoft PPT

  • Out of the box thinking
  • Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces : Processes Leaders/SME’ under BBS Mohali/Bunge Knowledge andTechnical Competencies: Understanding of Knowledge Management and its tools
  • Experience of BBS kind of set-up

  • Wing to wing business understanding is desirable
  • Note: For behavior competencies please refer to the Bunge Leadership Model Education/Experience Graduate / MBA desirable
  • 0-3 year work experience of Knowledge Management function
