Senior Process Development Engineers at Philips Ultrasound drive the development of manufacturing processes for high intellectual property Ultrasound transducers built in our vertically integrated manufacturing environment.
**Your Role:**
+ Work collaboratively with the Manufacturing Development and R&D teams, plus our Ultrasound factories and suppliers, to bring cutting-edge Ultrasound products into production with high quality and solid business results.
+ Use platform manufacturing techniques to leverage existing architectures, as well as looking to new technologies, to ensure new products are highly manufacturable.
+ Lead problem solving teams on some of our most challenging technical issues. Mentor junior engineers on manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and problem-solving skills.
