Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Support production line cleanliness and optics bonding to maintain product quality and meet delivery targets.
• Ensure cleanroom cleanliness by following established protocols and standards.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance cleanliness in manufacturing.
• Use lean techniques and problem-solving methods to improve processes.
• Analyze data (e.g., SPC) to monitor and improve cleanliness control.
• Validate equipment and processes for compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including AS9100.
• Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures for cleanroom operations.
• Resolve process issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions (CAPA).

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in Optical, Mechanical, Materials, Precision Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry
• Min 5 years experience in optical/laser manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Knowledge of cleanliness protocols, contamination control, and ISO Class 6 (or higher) standards.
• Experience in process controls, technician training, and using 8D and DOE methods.
