Ardent Staffing is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team in Hudson, NH. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity for someone passionate about process optimization, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous improvement. MUST HAVE INJECTION MOLDING and SIM experience. Location: Hudson, NH
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift
Compensation: 90K plus- depending on experience! As a key contributor to the engineering team, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve overall production efficiency. From launching new products to validating tools and training technicians, you’ll play a central role in driving operational success. Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and sustain manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency
Analyze production data and lead corrective action plans
Support new product launches through validation of molds...
