Senior Process Engineer

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting into the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you are directly involved with leading change and making sure our factory stays World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will utilize your full range of Continuous Improvement methods and tools to identify, prioritize, and eliminate factory losses working autonomously or with cross functional partnership. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities with process and packing equipment
