Role: Senior Process Engineer
Type: Permanent
Location: Oxfordshire
SRG are currently recruiting for a successful and growing client. The team is expanding and seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support design, optimisation and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process design work (modelling, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances) Translate lab and pilot data into scalable process solutions Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and ensure high safety standards Contribute to scale‑up strategy and process innovation Mentor junior engineers and support cross‑functional project delivery.
