Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting the Commercial Business team in resolving technical queries from customers and coordinating activities with various stakeholders across cross-functional departments within the organization. The role ensures that operations are carried out effectively to meet the final deliverables of the build plan.

Develop new or improve existing processes and documentation for assembly builds to achieve sustainable production yields.
Design and qualify tooling/fixtures necessary to support product builds.
Introduce new technology capabilities to enable the manufacturing of new NPI assemblies.
Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing team for customer inquiries.
Review technical data packs for NPI products or new product variants for RFQ purposes and in-house manufacturing feasibility assessments.
