Job Description

  • Process Design and Optimization:
    • Develop, evaluate, and implement chemical processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
    • Utilize process simulation tools to troubleshoot and optimize production workflows.
    • Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption, waste, and production costs.
  • Management of Change (MOC):
    • Oversee and ensure compliance with the MOC system for all process modifications.
    • Conduct risk assessments and hazard reviews for proposed changes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
  • ISO Compliance:
    • Maintain and enhance processes to meet ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001(Environmental Management), and ISO Occupational Health and Safety).
    • Participate in audits and drive continuous improvement in compliance with ISO systems.
