Senior Process Engineer (Software & System Test)

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a Senior Process Engineer (Software & System Test) to join their team on an Inside IR35 contract.
Umbrella Pay Rate: £33.64 per hour.

Responsibilities

• This role (Software and Systems Testing Process) focuses on ensuring New Vehicle Programs Systems and Software Testing occurs with the appropriate pace by driving process adherence, KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Oversee testing activities, monitor performance against targets through measurement dashboards, and optimise workflows to reduce risks and defects.
• Act as a key link between development teams and reporting, communicating overall status, promoting best practices, and delivering reliable, compliant solutions.
