Acara Solutions is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for our Newport Beach client's Wet Etch and Dry Etch department. This is a full time direct hire position with great : 1000-185k, DOE.
Overview: sustain, improve, and develop wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, improve process capabilities, and drive quality and reliability.
Responsibilities:-Sustain and improve wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment-Monitor and control wet etch processes, troubleshoot yield problems, and develop process enhancement-Implement new processes to address quality and bottleneck situations-Install and qualify new tools and process technologies-Support process and technology transfers, and participate in troubleshooting taskforces
