- Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to ensure high‑quality process design and execution across all projects.
- Oversee daily coordination, planning, and implementation of project process activities at site and office.
- Manage internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor and measure project and process performance using appropriate methodologies.
- Maintain strong client relationships; serve as a key technical point of contact.
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team skill sets, experience, and project requirements.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
